Our Story
The MVSG was formed in 1985. After hauling modules around in our cars for many years we eventually purchased a large trailer for the Layout. The Clubs current Layout is 32’ x 20’ with a center Staging Yard. Please preview our Gallery for photos of the Layout.
We generally meet once a month; rotating the meeting place among the homes of the membership. Months that the Club and Layout make an appearance at a show is an exception (meetings will typically take place at the show.) During our meetings we generally address Club business, socialize and eat snacks our host provides and operate trains as time provides. Visitors and prospective members are always welcome.
